Maya goes for a swim.
Uh Oh … Missed a day.
Nati’s lunch Thursday
I wasn’t the only tired one …
In the picture below, Manouso rests after a long day of teacher intensive, and prior to teaching his evening class. He’s in a form of Savasana (Corpse Pose) on three thick pads where helpers put bolsters and heavy weights on his legs, and weights also on his shoulders and hands. This is a very grounding and calming pose. He stayed here for about 30 minutes prior to teaching the Thursday evening class, which, lucky for us, was restorative!
In the background are wooden props and the Center’s Patanjali diety.

Ocean Beach
There are two. Ocean Beaches, that is. Hop on the Metro above to get to the “other” one.
Here’s a night picture of the courtyard at the motel where I stayed. View from my room looking toward the street.
And views from the plane on my flight back to SD.
The photos before the sun rise are the Bay Area, and the photos after the sun rise are of San Diego.
Back to work today.

Mo & Andy turn 6! Craziness Abounds …
The pinatas.
The craziness …
It makes me tired just watching that!
Maya and Amma on the trampoline.
Not surprisingly, Maya passed out on the way home.
And I woke up late, tired and sore from all the trampolining.
The party was a great success!
Robb, Akuch and Alo stopped at the house on the way to the party.
It is so good to be home!!

Give that girl a box of Snickers …
Teacher training workshop completed. It was a lot of work, but great. They don’t call it an intensive for nuthin!
We got done early yesterday, so Lynn and I took the Metro (which stops right across the street from our motel) downtown. We started off at the Asian Art Museum, and from there walked to the Wharf where we ate dinner at a little Mexican restaurant, similar to Wahoo’s, and caught the Metro back home.
The picture above is of the front of the museum.
Here are some pictures I took during our outing.
Up at 3am this morning to catch my flight home.

Alo looks like he’s getting ready to crawl away.

Papu Manouso
At yesterday’s Q&A, we were blessed with the company of Manouso’s 9 month old grandson. Such a cutie.
On the San Diego front, Bruce sent me pictures of Maya spending time in the pool with some of her friends.
Today is the last day of the workshop & we get out early enough to head downtown to the Asian Art Museum and more.
