The OBYoga Water Bottle (OBYWB) made its way to Cambodia with Lan Lan Chen (a yoga student and neighbor up the alley who stumbled across my business card while out walking in the neighborhood over a year ago).
Above – On the grounds in front of the palace in Phnom Penh.
Below – On a boat on its way to see the Floating Village, also in Phnom Penh.
And here, the OBYWB takes in the skyline at Stanley, Hong Kong.

First of all, the apple pie Monette made was a MASTERPIECE. It was so beautiful, I hated to see it get cut into.
The walnut pie was really good too. So chocolaty!!
I got some good pictures of the kids.
Annie wanted in on the fun too.
The yoga studio is always fun. This was the first time the boys asked if they could do yoga. In the past, they always asked to do karate.
JR was the only one who was able to do the upside down version I demonstrated, but he said it was hard and kept asking me to hurry and take the picture so he could come down.
I had to bribe them with pie to get them to stand still and not make faces for a “brothers” picture.
Well, it worked on most of them.
