I made this loaf of whole wheat bread with craisins, pine nuts and pumpkin seeds on the new Traeger wood fired bbq!

Back yoga therapy for Ron.

Extended Side Angle pose (aka Utthita Parsvakonasana). Not bad form.

If you can eat gluten, I will bring you some next time I make it (probably within a week). The recipe is really easy, and I’m still working to perfect it. I use my bread machine to make the dough then put it in the pan. I cooked this loaf on our Traeger wood fired bbq, but it can also be put in the oven. I’ve been thinking about you and hope all is well and you’re continuing to recover. Both Merle and Lilia said they saw you recently and that you’re looking good. We were all happy to hear that!

Yes, thank you! I do eat gluten. Even started making my own sourdough:) I am much much better overall. Practice yoga in the mornings when my stomach is still empty (because later in a day I have to eat every 3 hours, and it doesn’t feel good to do any exercise). Still can’t take horizontal position, but my diet seriously expended, so, maybe I will be able to do Shavasana soon. Thinking about you too and miss you and classes dearly…
