Today I’m doing my colonoscopy prep. I had a delicious breakfast of peach jello, white grape juice and chai tea with honey. Yesterday I wasn’t allowed to have any fiber. There’s a big list of all the foods I couldn’t eat. So I had two scrambled eggs for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch and a big piece of bbq’d salmon for dinner. Oh, and this (mine’s on the right).
Hey, it wasn’t on the “you can’t have this” list – no fiber!

Yesterday we had Alo and Maya.
One word Maya uses frequently … “Mine.” But hey, she let him use one piece of the puzzle.
But she’s working on that. She actually does really well, and the two of them play quite nicely together. It’s a lot of fun being involved with them and watching them grow.
It looks like Sparty is going to keep those blue eyes!
