Sorry for not posting the last 2 days. I just completed a 4-day intermediate teacher training. It was grueling, but I learned a LOT and my shoulder proved to be inching closer to 100%. Now the work on my knees begins. 100% here I come. But first I have to reach 50%… Onward!
