Both of them can stay in Sirsasana for 5 minutes.  At least that&#8217;s when I tell them they have to come down!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203059.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203059.jpg\" alt=\"20130218-203059.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a>These are Chris&#8217;s feet.  He tends to supinate his feet, so I strapped his toes together and told him to try to break the strap.  Then I put a small foam block between his feet to prevent the supination.  Although it doesn&#8217;t look like it, it was very hard work for him.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203440.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203440.jpg\" alt=\"20130218-203440.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a>This is Little Benny Boo Bear, Evan&#8217;s nephew, who happens to work at my office, and who also comes to my Thursday lunchtime yoga class.  Sometimes he comes by my office &#038; performs what he calls yoga.  I wonder about that &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203624.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203624.jpg\" alt=\"20130218-203624.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a>This is one of my new rope swings.  It is so cool.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203824.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/obyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/20130218-203824.jpg\" alt=\"20130218-203824.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a>This is Mr. Iyengar (aka &#8220;Guruji&#8221;).  He turns 95 this year.
