I had a delicious breakfast of peach jello, white grape juice and chai tea with honey.  Yesterday I wasn&#8217;t allowed to have <strong><em>any<\/em><\/strong> fiber.  There&#8217;s a big list of all the foods I couldn&#8217;t eat.  So I had two scrambled eggs for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch and a big piece of bbq&#8217;d salmon for dinner.
