Normally it doesn&#8217;t bloom until late in the season, but this year we have lots of buds &#038; some are already blooming.  They smell so good, too!<\/p>\n<p>This little gem has been with us since the first year we moved back to OB &#8211; almost eleven years ago (how time flies)!  We bought it at the Del Mar Fair, and Bruce swore I&#8217;d kill it.
